Paylocity is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to independently plan and execute analytics projects that influence revenue growth and client experience. You will collaborate with executives to define KPIs, build predictive models, and deliver data-driven guidance for sales enablement and operations.

The role requires SQL, Python/R, Power BI, and advanced Excel modeling, with experience in ERP/CRM systems and data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure). This is a fully remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, BI, or sales operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, Power BI, and advanced Excel modeling; experience with ERP/CRM systems and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects influencing executive decisions and KPI definitions.
• Develop predictive models and financial forecasts for strategic planning.
• Create automated dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
