Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle activities from planning through stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
• Define requirements and work with partner teams to design, implement and launch scalable solutions.
• Design processes and procedures that scale with growth in volume, complexity and global dispersion.
• Communicate new or updated programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with system and business owners globally to ensure process excellence and controllership.
