Job summary

Amazon seeks a highly effective Senior Financial Analyst to join the Amazon Customer Service Finance team as a key strategic partner. You will collaborate with Finance leaders to support transformative Customer Service initiatives, driving end-to-end redesigns, tooling, and automation decisions impacting the entire organization.

You will own problems, quantify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• Experience identifying and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance processes.
• 3+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support strategy.
• 3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams with cross-team collaboration.
• Independently deliver projects with limited oversight to scale and create value.
• Translate data into findings, provide recommendations, and seek guidance from leaders.
• Create structure and actionable steps from expanded project scope.
• Learn and apply finance tools, systems, and software to day-to-day work.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts with management.
