Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Navy Expeditionary Missions program office (PMS 408).

This full-time role involves financial management, funding execution, and cost planning using Navy ERP with NEPS and TPS. The candidate must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance, have at least 2 years of Navy ERP funding document experience, and be proficient in Excel and PPBE processes.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance and at least 2 years of Navy ERP funding document experience.
• Proficient with Navy ERP funding documents and PPBE process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, executing, and reconciling program finances; developing Courses of Action and recommendations to address challenges; assisting in preparation for regular reviews and presentations (mid-year and quarterly reviews, budget exhibits, and other briefings).
• Regular use of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including preparing funding execution documents, WBS/PS maintenance and cost planning, and budget formulation and submission.
• Assistance in the preparation, validation, and consolidation of TPS within the NAVSEA NEPS system.
