Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Virginia to support the Navy Expeditionary Missions program office (PMS 408).

This full-time role focuses on tracking, reconciling program finances, and preparing funding documents within Navy ERP and the PPBE process. The ideal candidate will hold an active DoD SECRET clearance, be proficient in Navy ERP and Excel, and contribute to annual budget formulation, execution, and briefings as part of SPA's

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance
• Proficiency with Navy ERP funding documents
• Strong financial analysis skills and PPBE knowledge

Responsibilities

• Track, execute, reconcile program finances; develop action plans; assist in reviews and briefings.
• Prepare funding execution documents in Navy ERP and maintain WBS/PS structure; support cost planning and budgeting.
• Contribute to TPS validation and consolidation in the NAVSEA NEPS system.
