Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional workstreams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERP.
• CPA certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting workstreams to support accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules for accuracy.
• Evaluate complex accounting issues and propose scalable, practical solutions.
• Design and document procedures, controls, and workflows to improve efficiency and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, auditors, vendors, and leadership to drive priorities forward.
• Translate findings into clear updates for business partners and senior leaders.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen accounting knowledge.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with complex reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial outcomes.
