Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 8+ years of related finance experience.
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial analytics for executives.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong MS Excel modeling capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly general ledger journal entries for accuracy by deadlines with supporting documentation.
- Prepare and analyze internal financial reports and explain variances to leadership.
- Review complex monthly general ledger reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead financial reporting improvements and partner with business leaders to drive insights.
- Ensure internal controls are designed and operating effectively and drive process improvements.
- Provide guidance to analysts and cross-functional teams on finance initiatives.
