  • Experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and driving work through completion.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, recommend practical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels, including leadership.
  • Experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or ERP platforms.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to create, refine, and implement procedures that strengthen processes and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect accounting activity to broader business impacts.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and coordinate across teams to deliver high‑quality results.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a practical and compelling way to business partners, auditors, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment.
