Job Description
As a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth strategy through impactful financial modeling, performance insights, and data-backed decision making. You won’t just track metrics—you’ll help shape our future by guiding Sales and Marketing leaders with the right analytics at the right time.What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end GTM forecasting and financial modeling to support business planning across Sales and Marketing.
Use SaaS and GTM analytics (e.g., CAC, payback period, pipeline coverage) to inform targets, guide planning, and influence business outcomes.
Prepare and present recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) highlighting key trends, variances, and performance drivers.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to communicate financial insights and support decision-making.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for investment by analyzing actuals vs. forecast and performance benchmarks.
Collaborate on bookings planning, pipeline forecasting, and territory modeling to support headcount and quota setting.
Lead continuous improvement of models and templates to measure GTM productivity, ROI, and funnel effectiveness.
Support the monthly and quarterly close process with variance analysis and GTM commentary.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to GTM leaders on budgeting, planning, and operational strategy.
Assist with strategic projects, including M&A due diligence, pricing analysis, and go-to-market expansion planning.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a best-in-class FP&A culture.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
3+ years of FP&A or GTM Finance experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.
Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing analytics and GTM metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, bookings).
Strong Excel skills (Power Query, nested formulas, macros) and ability to build scalable, dynamic models.
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing/sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, 6sense).
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for crafting executive-ready presentations.
Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL, DAX, Python) is a strong plus.
Curious mindset with a proactive approach—comfortable navigating ambiguity to solve problems.
Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
