Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. The role involves month-end close, variance explanations, and partnering with operations to improve cost productivity.

You will forecast, plan, and analyze branch performance, and train staff on financial policies and tools. It also includes Sarbanes-Oxley compliance coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in a corporate finance department in a Fortune 500 company or consulting firm.
• Post-MBA experience 5+ years preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Intermediate).

Responsabilités

• Month-end close activities including journal entries and variance explanations.
• Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities with senior leaders.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and branch performance analysis.
• Provide financial training to business units on policies and tools.
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Corporate Accounting.
