Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the accounting and finance team. You will build and maintain financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, and partner with operational leaders to drive strategic decisions.

We value hands-on analysts with SaaS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership. This is a remote role with US-based candidates eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Experience in SaaS with recurring revenue models and SaaS metrics (ARR, growth drivers).
• Private equity-backed company experience and PE reporting expectations.
• Experience preparing monthly financial packages, management presentations, and board materials.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast results and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate business drivers into financial outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs related to recurring revenue, costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, management presentations, and board materials.
• Identify improvements to reporting, forecasting processes, data quality, and automation.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses for leadership.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
