Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, seeks an experienced FP&A professional. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, building models to forecast performance and drive strategic decisions.

Partner with leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and present insights to executives. Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years in FP&A, SaaS metrics expertise, PE reporting familiarity, and strong Excel/modeled reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in a SaaS business with ARR and recurring revenue knowledge.
• Experience in PE-backed environments and related reporting expectations.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast performance and inform decisions.
• Partner with operations to translate drivers into financial outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs for recurring revenue, costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly reporting, management presentations, and board materials.
• Identify improvements in reporting and automation of processes.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to guide leadership decisions.
• Communicate insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
