Job summary

The Senior Financial Analyst at Towne Park LLC will drive financial planning, reporting and analytical activities to support growth and operating performance across the business in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will collaborate with the Finance Director and partners across units on revenue, cost performance analytics, budgeting and ad hoc projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance/transaction advisory, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical rigor with ability to synthesize complex issues for executives.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial and statistical models by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operational processes and supports new business investments and deal modeling.
• Monitors site-level revenue and expenses, providing analyses and recommendations.
• Supports annual budget process with historical data and economic indicators.
• Develops pro forma and financial models and coordinates integration planning when needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration)
