Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own the FP&A function, partner with executive leadership, and drive accuracy and insight in a growing portfolio of businesses in Connecticut. This newly created role offers visibility, autonomy, and a chance to shape financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Finance and strong modeling, data analysis, and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required.
• Strong FP&A experience with advanced financial modeling.
• Heavy data analysis experience.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning tools.
• Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate business performance, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Support acquisition analysis and integration initiatives.
• Improve reporting processes and implement scalable FP&A best practices.
• Deliver insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.
