Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Operations Team for healthcare or hospitality client locations by analyzing operating financial results and providing recommendations on budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and process improvements.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance, the role involves on-site analysis, creating client-facing reports, and contributing to annual budget processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
• 0-3 years of financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial and statistical models and analyzes trends.
• Monitors site revenue and expenses and provides recommendations.
• Creates revenue capture and forecasting files for operations.
• Provides on-site financial support and client reporting.
• P&L management and budgeting support.
• Assists in annual operating budget development and contract review.
• Utilizes Excel for ad hoc analysis and reporting.
