Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team in a newly created role. The position reports to the CFO and Corporate Controller and supports key decision making.

The candidate will prepare detailed financial reports, variances, budgets, forecasts and complex models, with autonomy to design processes across the corporate function. PE experience is a plus in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO and Corporate Controller with strategic financial information.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Create and maintain complex financial models.
• Create, monitor and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
