Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of healthcare or hospitality client locations. You will analyze operating results, forecast revenue, and contribute to process improvements across finance and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 0–3 years of experience. You will work with the Operations Team to provide on-site financial support and deliver client-facing reports, with competitive base pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 0–3 years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Strong analytical and accounting knowledge for reporting and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and statistical models by collecting and analyzing data.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through analysis.
• Support operations leaders in forecasting and contract inquiries.
• Monitor site revenue and expenses with reports and recommendations.
• Create client-facing monthly/quarterly reports and support budgeting.
