Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Financial Analyst Sr to support the Emerging Distribution team. You will deliver financial analyses and business cases for new product opportunities, develop KPIs, and design management reports. Collaboration with Finance and legal is essential as you drive initiatives and strategic planning.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a Toronto base, relocation to Mississauga planned, and a focus on driving financial stewardship and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years in a finance department with 2+ years in financial analysis and modeling, reporting, budgeting or business planning.
• University degree in accounting, economics, commerce, finance or math/statistics is preferred.
• CPA designation preferred or in progress; CFA or MBA acceptable alternatives.
• Excellent communication skills to present to senior management.
• Ability to influence across management levels and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive financial analysis for new product opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and post-implementation assessments.
• Design reports and analytics for management.
• Collaborate with Emerging Distribution and Finance teams on business cases.
• Support Legal on regulatory filings and timelines.
• Lead value-enhancing initiatives and market opportunity analysis.
• Lead annual business planning for new initiatives in Emerging Distribution.
• Drive opportunities to advance the business.
