Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to support FP&A, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the Finance team. This is an early-career role offering exposure to financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to deliver insights, perform month-end close duties, build dashboards, and respond to ad hoc requests in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end close activities and partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Process and support SPIFF and incentive compensation reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis packages.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects.
