Job summary

Sun Life Financial, Inc. seeks a analytics-driven finance professional to support wealth distribution reporting and forecasting. You will collaborate with RA&S and Canadian Finance to deliver timely insights and strategic planning support.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven decision making, and process improvements, with hybrid flexibility between Waterloo and Toronto locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance, Planning, Performance Management or analytics.
• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales and income reporting for Wealth distribution channels.
• Support RA&S Wealth QBR packages and explain key drivers of income.
• Assist in long-range planning and forecasting with internal partners.
• Participate in strategic projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with Finance leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy.
