Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting credential.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business, accounting, and/or financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and strong accounting and financial analysis principles.
• Analytical ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex financial information.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and complex databases.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful accounting: ensure records and reports comply with IFRS and policies.
• Provide financial support through forecasting, budgeting, and budget variance analysis.
• Deliver insights to stakeholders via variance analysis, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Work with large data sets to conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling.
• Prepare clear communications and presentations for senior leadership on financial topics.
• Collaborate with the parent company on consolidation and cost-sharing activities.
