Job summary

TMX Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for TSX Trust, based in Toronto with hybrid work. You will lead FP&A processes, develop financial models, and support regulatory reporting, partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

You will collaborate with budget owners, deliver KPI insights, and drive strategic planning. A CPA and 3–5 years of FP&A experience in financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CPA designation strongly preferred or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial reporting, or business partnering in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable financial insights to TSX Trust by analyzing KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end financial planning: quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Build dynamic financial models and business cases for initiatives.
• Monitor performance with budget owners and adjust as needed.
• Prepare board and management reporting packages for TSX Trust.
• Support regulatory deliverables and annual ICAAP/filings as required.
