Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Commercial team. This role involves providing business and analytics support, monitoring customer trends, and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, curious, financially analytical, technically proficient, interpersonal, and capable of working independently or in a team. Additional responsibilities include:

• Analyzing drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin, and profitability by product
• Investigating fluctuations between plan/forecast and actual trade spend, communicating with sales, and developing solutions to increase Net Revenue
• Conducting quarterly liability reviews by customer to ensure accurate trade accruals
• Supporting the sales team in developing the annual operating plan
• Improving and simplifying reporting processes through analysis and new system implementations
• Assisting with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects
• Addressing ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize strategies
• Structuring and prioritizing tasks effectively in ambiguous environments
• Implementing strategies to support organizational operations and transformation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Finance, Trade Management, or Financial Planning & Analysis within a CPG company
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management at all levels
• Teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; quick learner of in-house software
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
