Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Commercial team. This role involves providing business insights and analytics, monitoring customer trends, and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, curious, analytically strong, technically proficient, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills are essential.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing drivers of change for key metrics such as volume, price, margin, and profitability by product
  • Monitoring fluctuations between plan/forecast and actual trade spend, communicating with sales, and developing solutions to increase net revenue
  • Conducting quarterly liability reviews by customer to ensure accurate trade accruals
  • Supporting the sales team in developing the annual operating plan
  • Streamlining processes by analyzing current tools and designing more efficient reporting procedures
  • Participating in ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as needed
  • Addressing ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Structuring and prioritizing tasks effectively in an ambiguous environment
  • Implementing strategies to support organizational operations and transformation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Finance, Trade Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a CPG company
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with management levels
  • Effective team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with quick adaptability to in-house software
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
