Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Primal Kitchen unit to drive financial analysis supporting profitable revenue growth through innovation, renovation, capex, and portfolio management.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations and central teams to translate market insights into clear actions, develop profitability analyses, and deliver KPI reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative field.
• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or similar experience.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and excel in a team atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using data and insights to influence; experience with executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Commercial P&L knowledge, operations experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data-visualization tools (Tableau).
• Familiarity with EPM systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred; experience with syndicated data (NPD, IRI, Nielsen) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finance lead for innovation, renovation, and capital investment projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations to develop data-driven business recommendations.
• Translate market insights into actions to accelerate share gain.
• Drive ROI mindset across investments (Capex, Trade, etc.).
• Develop profitability analyses for categories/brands/SKUs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare KPI and project reports for senior leadership.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
