Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, RGM - AFH & I to lead financial analysis for the AFH&I BU and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. This role reports into the AFH&I Category Finance team and drives key pricing and profitability initiatives.

The position emphasizes end-to-end FP&A routines, executive-facing reporting, and strategic partnership with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions. Chicago location; competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the AFH&I P&L, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management and Operations.
• Lead monthly Inflation/Cost Review, Pricing updates, and Markdown/Promotion analytics.
• Provide data-driven insights and management summaries for executive stakeholders.
