The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, RGM – AFH&I to lead financial analysis and P&L stewardship for the Away From Home and Ingredients category. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to deliver data-driven insights, drive pricing and promotional strategies, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• BA/BS in a quantitative field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes with stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of P&L and related metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AFH&I revenue management reporting and routines (e.g., monthly inflation/cost reviews, pricing, and KPI tracking).
• Provide data-driven insights to shape BU P&L decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to drive business results.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team and ensure timely, concise reporting to executives.
