Augmentis represents a global manufacturing client seeking a Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst to support consolidation, forecasting, and process improvements. The role offers exposure to multiple business units and direct interaction with senior finance leadership in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The position emphasizes hands-on financial analysis, monthly closes, and development of forecasting models, with ITAR compliance and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-5+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship). ITAR compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly consolidation processes, including P&L, weekly close, and month-end reporting.
• Assist in financial forecasts and long-range planning models.
• Analyze plant spending and monitor spend management systems.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize Hyperion and related financial systems.
• Develop ad hoc financial reports and optimize management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with senior management for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Support financial analysis and process development for special projects.
• Participate in peer review activities across business units.
