You will focus on forecasting, KPI analysis, budgeting, variance reporting, and model development while collaborating with senior leaders across the company to drive growth and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning.

Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and work closely with other Senior Leaders across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights.

Key responsibilitiesinclude cost roll ups, financial forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
