Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience.
• Strong accounting foundation with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations across systems.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results; identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecasting activities.
• Create monthly and quarterly leadership reports with insights.
• Analyze customer profitability and key performance metrics for decisions.
• Prepare monthly operational reporting for the business unit, with leaders.

Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Financial Analyst Role

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations between multiple systems
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecasting activities
• Create monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, providing actionable business insights
• Analyze customer profitability and other performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for a business unit
• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and recommend improvements

Requirements For The Senior Financial Analyst Role
