Job description

We are partnering with a growing company to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who will serve as a key business partner across finance and operations. This person will help drive planning, reporting, and decision support while gaining broad exposure to senior leadership and the business.

The role is well suited for someone who enjoys moving beyond reporting the numbers to understanding what is driving them, identifying opportunities, and helping leaders make better decisions.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for senior leadership.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, investments, and other strategic decisions.
  • Partner with operating leaders to understand key performance drivers, develop forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and other core business metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards, management presentations, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
  • Help improve planning processes, reporting tools, data quality, and financial systems.
  • Support special projects, including pricing analysis, operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions.
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
We are looking for:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build clear, flexible, and reliable models.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, BI tools, or planning platforms is a plus.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The company is growing, the finance team has a strong voice in the business, and this role offers a chance to work on both core FP&A responsibilities and meaningful strategic projects. The Senior Financial Analyst will have visibility with leadership and a clear path to take on broader responsibility over time.
