Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Procore's rapidly growing Financial Planning and Analysis team. In this highly visible role, you'll build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll apply your strong analytical and interpersonal skills to develop working partnerships with business leaders throughout the organization. Attention to detail, a determined work ethic, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves are must-haves to succeed in this role.

This position reports to our Manager, Financial Planning, and can be based in a remote U.S. location. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

• Lead equity forecasting and budgeting on a quarterly basis, including Grant Date Fair Value, Stock-Based Compensation, and share count metrics.
• Lead Quarterly Financial Review presentation preparation, including consolidation of business inputs, identifying key narratives of the quarter, trend analysis, etc.
• Assist in monthly consolidation of financial forecasts, speaking to expense variances, while crafting a succinct narrative to leadership in forecast review meetings.
• Manage corporate-level expense forecasting (e.g., payroll taxes, 401k, perks, etc.).
• Perform ad-hoc scenario modeling for senior finance leadership.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software.
• Experience with Financial Management systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct, Netsuite, Coupa, etc.
• Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders.
• Hungry, humble, and passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Ability and desire to take initiative and work in a high-growth SaaS organization.
• Enjoys leading and participating in critical projects for department and company-wide decision making.
• Provide expertise to the FP&A team to mentor junior staff to their full potential.
• Variable compensation and forecasting experience is preferred; SaaS environment experience is a plus.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $81,360 - $111,870. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, education, or training, and location.
