We Are Hiring

• Department:Accounting
• Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift
• Location: Based in Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting through detailed reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, and monthly financial statement analysis. This role supports the month-end close process, partners with cross-functional teams, and contributes to continuous improvement of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries in alignment with GAAP
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly close and prepare financial statements
• Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost allocation
• Special requests and ad hock projects

What You Will Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years experience
