LHH is partnering with a long-time manufacturing client to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A activities, including budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling. This role supports strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests with analytical rigor and process improvements.

The position requires collaboration with IT, Legal, and HR, a focus on data accuracy, and leveraging emerging technologies to increase finance’s business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills for senior leadership.
• Independently own and drive key financial processes (forecasting, budgeting, month-end).
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with tools and automation to streamline workflows.

• Prepare, consolidate, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, and projections for strategic decision making.
• Coordinate with IT, Legal, and HR to ensure data accuracy and alignment on spending.
• Assist in preparation of the annual five-year strategic plan.
• Lead the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts; monitor variance to plan.
• Maintain enterprise-level product vitality index reporting.
• Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions analysis as needed.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for management or partners.
• Perform certain monthly close tasks such as journal entries and invoice approvals.

LHH is partnering with our long-time manufacturing client in their search for a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role involves preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst also participates in strategic initiatives, projects, and ad hoc requests as needed. We are seeking a proactive, intellectually curious finance professional who combines strong analytical rigor with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging emerging technologies to elevate finance’s impact on the business. Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.

• Lead the preparation and review of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts and monitor actual results against plan.
• Maintain enterprise level product vitality index reporting.
• Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions analysis as needed.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management or business partners.
• Perform certain monthly close tasks such as journal entries and invoice approvals as needed.

Education and Experience

• 4–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive key financial processes (forecasting, budgeting, month-end analysis) with minimal oversight
• Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and leading process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability of financial reporting and planning
• Experience leveraging tools and automation (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, ERP/reporting systems) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
