A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This strategic role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers significant opportunities for career growth, impact, and visibility within a profitable and expanding organization.

Responsibilities

Senior FP&A Reporting Analyst duties will include:

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting across two business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to guide liquidity and investment decisions.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
  • Design and monitor the annual operating plan, tracking performance against targets.
  • Conduct variance analysis on P&L and working capital, partnering with accounting and operations teams to explain key drivers.
