LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager. This role blends FP&A, modeling, analytics, and strategic partnership to drive forecasting and planning.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, 3+ years in finance, and ability to communicate insights clearly are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in finance
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytics
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Cross-functional experience in a fast-paced environment
• Investment banking experience a plus
• Looker and/or SQL exposure are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own sales, margin, and OPEX forecasting
• Lead financial modeling and business trend analysis
• Manage KPI reporting and monthly forecasts
• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and Accounting
• Support annual planning and long-term financial strategy
• Prepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentations
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.
