Drips is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in driving strategic financial insights and supporting high-impact decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to our Finance leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated models, partnering with department leaders, and analyzing key financial and operational metrics that shape our future.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes
• Create and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Develop capacity plan models by department, considering multiple drivers
• Assist with business case model development and implementation
• Design modular pricing models that accommodate various use cases, volumes, and customer complexities
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts
• Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis
• Prepare for exit readiness including data room management, data requests, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end close processes
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related finance roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in financial planning systems and ERP platforms
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• Background in corporate finance and investment banking preferred but not required
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory if you have the right background
