CFS in Fort Wayne, Indiana is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial analysis across sales, operations, and pricing. This onsite role partners with leadership to shape forecasting, profitability, and strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will build advanced financial models, deliver executive-ready reports, and contribute to long-range planning and budgeting efforts with a strong focus on manufacturing finances and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance functions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, margin, and profitability analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business drivers.
• Develop and maintain forecasts in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams.
• Analyze manufacturing plant P&L performance, including revenue, costs, and margins.
• Prepare financial reports, business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
• Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
