LeoForce in Ohio is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will analyze monthly financial results, support forecasting, and partner with Operations to drive profitability across manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, operating metrics, and manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to identify cost drivers.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and variances.
• Provide variance analysis and explain results vs budget and forecast.
• Build reports and dashboards for KPIs.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Analyze production efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain on cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and ROI opportunities.
• Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership.
• Build financial models and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
• Improve financial reporting processes and tools.
• Assist with month-end close and management reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, operating metrics, and manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and production variances.
• Provide variance analysis and explain actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Analyze production efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, scrap, labor performance, and other operational metrics.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to analyze purchasing, material costs, inventory, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, business cases, and return-on-investment opportunities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to leadership.
• Build financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Improve financial reporting processes, systems, and analytical tools.
• Assist with month-end close and management reporting as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the larger business picture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
