We're partnering with a global, innovation-driven manufacturing organization that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its growing finance team. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants to serve as a true finance business partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D leadership.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in providing financial visibility into global operations while helping business leaders better understand the financial impact of manufacturing performance, inventory, costs, investments, and operational initiatives. The position will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, R&D, IT, Tax, and other teams to improve reporting, identify efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making.
The role will have exposure to inventory and working capital analysis, manufacturing and operational performance, standard costing, budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. This person will also support broader strategic initiatives, including M&A integrations and divestitures, while helping improve reporting structures, automate analytics, and create greater visibility into key financial and operational drivers.
We're looking for someone with approximately 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, cost accounting, or similarly complex environment. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are important, along with the ability to take complex data and turn it into meaningful recommendations for both finance and non-finance leaders. Experience with financial reporting and modeling - Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar ERP/planning and visualization tools would be highly valuable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move into a role with significant cross-functional exposure and a direct connection to how products are developed, manufactured, and delivered, rather than sitting solely within a traditional corporate FP&A function.
