Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing Finance or Cost Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or food production operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances.
• Maintain and improve standard costing processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reporting.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Lead inventory reconciliations and support cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.
