The Position

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for all areas of financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting within the organization.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own and enhance financial reporting: Consolidate and prepare detailed reports on period results, sales, and segment profitability, including board-level FP&A reporting.
• Analyze and model financial data: Prepare and evaluate complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities: Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and recommending strategies to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.
• Support strategic planning: Actively participate in budgeting and long-term planning, providing data-driven insights to guide senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications and Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience, preferably within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, develop financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, indexing, and strong proficiency in ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
