Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining advanced financial models, driving forecasting and budgeting processes, and delivering insights that support key strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles.
• Build, refine, and maintain complex financial models including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, margin modeling, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to align strategic plans with financial goals.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver executive-ready insights on financial performance vs. plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal leadership and board meetings.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning (e.g., pricing changes, M&A analysis, investment ROI).

Required Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; strong proficiency in financial statement analysis.
• Experience with budgeting tools and BI platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tell a story with data.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business model.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data query tools.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Migrations
• Prior exposure to M&A, fundraising, or investor relations support.
