Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategically oriented senior financial analyst to join our finance team. The role involves supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial data, developing models, and providing research and analysis for leadership. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and/or other financial tools, experienced with monthly close and budget cycles, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills for effective presentation of information. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data is essential.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate and interpret financial data to provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting key financial insights and trends.
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting (healthcare experience preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and Tableau is a plus.

This is an exempt position. The salary range is $82,300 - $103,000, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, and a 401k plan.
