Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• NASFAA credentials are preferred.
• An advanced degree is preferred in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Banner (Ellucian) and FERPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and advises students and parents on federal, state, or institutional financial aid programs.
• Evaluates Financial Aid applications to determine student eligibility and maintains data records.
• Reviews and manages processes such as awarding, applications, private loans, and scholarships.
• Responds to student inquiries via front desk, tickets, and email while coordinating with external entities.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance through audits and daily reports.
• Keeps up with program changes through annual trainings and professional development.
