Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a part-time Customer Service Counselor to assist students, prospective students, and parents with financial aid processes. You will collaborate with campus offices to provide timely, accurate information and guidance throughout the college experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, high school diploma, and ability to handle confidential information in line with FERPA. Bilingual candidates are preferred and some college experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Bilingualism and college experience in higher education are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the department's phone and email systems.
• Provides timely, accurate responses to students and parents about financial aid.
• Documents communication and interactions according to guidelines.
