Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to own day-to-day accounting and financial analysis. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while partnering with leadership to drive reliable results and informed decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible accounting and financial analysis experience, including close, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools; CPA, CMA, or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, BW, Adaptive Planning, or comparable ERP and planning systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end close and related close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare reconciliations, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes with insights and recommendations.
• Analyze profitability by customer, product, and channel to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, product, and operations to enhance reporting and data access.
