Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America seeks an experienced accounting and finance leader to own the close, planning, and reporting processes. You will provide timely reporting, forecasts, and recommendations to support reliable financial results and strong controls.

You will partner with IT, sales, product, and operations to deliver actionable financial insights, manage budgeting and cash flow, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Minimum five years of accounting and financial analysis experience, including close, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
• CPA, CMA, or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, BW, Adaptive Planning or comparable ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Account for revenue adjustments including commissions and rebates; validate data and accruals.
• Coordinate with AP/AR and operations to resolve postings and support inventory valuation.
