Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America seeks an experienced accounting leader to provide supervision and controls for our retail stores, wholesale and ecommerce divisions. The role focuses on cash flow optimization by managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring timely financial reporting, and maintaining internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a 4-year accounting degree, at least 7 years in accounting with 2 years in supervision, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PowerPivot, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, VBA, Macros).
• Experience with SAP, BW and Adaptive Insights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, document and maintain internal controls.
• Review and implement new financial policies per IFRS/GAAP.
• Assist with month end close process.
• Support annual Audit, Tax and Quarterly Review Processes.
• Intercompany account reconciliation (HQ and JHTNA).
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
