Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA designation equivalent allowed.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or Quantum.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process for one or more units and review journal entries.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and reconciliations.
• Support audits and external reporting with timely documentation.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax and Operations to improve processes.
• Mentor junior accountants and participate in ERP/system implementation projects.
